TubeBoss License

Every sound is royalty-free for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and beyond — including monetized content.

The short version

When you download a sound from TubeBoss, you get a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that sound inside content you create. No per-use fees, no attribution required, no claims on your monetized videos — on any plan, free or Pro. The license stays with the sounds you downloaded even if you later cancel or delete your account.

You can

  • Use sounds in videos, Shorts, Reels, TikToks, podcasts, streams and apps you create
  • Monetize that content — ads, sponsorships, memberships and paid products
  • Edit, trim, loop, pitch and layer sounds inside your projects
  • Use sounds in client work and commercial projects you produce
  • Keep using your downloaded sounds forever, even after your subscription ends

You can't

  • Resell, share or redistribute any sound as a standalone audio file
  • Upload sounds to stock libraries, sample packs or marketplaces
  • Claim you created or own a sound, or register it with a rights society
  • Use sounds to train AI or machine-learning models without written permission
  • Share your account or downloads with people who haven't licensed them

1. What you get

Each download grants you (the account holder) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to synchronize the sound within your own audio-visual or audio content. This covers personal and commercial use, including content that earns advertising, sponsorship, subscription or product revenue on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch and podcast networks.

2. Free vs Pro

The license is identical on both plans — a sound downloaded on the free plan carries the same usage rights as one downloaded on Pro. The plans only differ in how many sounds you may download: free accounts include a limited number of lifetime trial downloads, while Pro is unlimited. Streaming previews is always free for everyone.

3. Ownership

Sounds remain the property of TubeBoss or its licensors. This is a license, not a sale, and no copyright or ownership transfers to you. You may not register any sound with content-identification systems (such as YouTube Content ID) in a way that would claim rights over the sound itself or block other licensees.

4. Clients and teams

You may use sounds in work you produce for a client, and the finished client work may be published with the sounds embedded. Your client may not extract or reuse the raw audio files in new projects — they need their own license for that.

5. Enforcement

Using sounds outside this license — for example redistributing the files — is a breach of the Terms of Service and may result in account termination and, where applicable, legal remedy.
