1. What we collect
- Account data — your email address and sign-in method (password or Google), used to authenticate you.
- Usage data — sounds you preview, download, favorite or add to packs, used to enforce plan limits and show your history.
- Billing data — plan, subscription status and renewal dates. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data — standard logs such as IP address, browser type and error reports, used to secure and debug the service.
2. Why we use it
We use your data to run the service: sign you in, remember your favorites and packs, enforce download limits, process and renew subscriptions, prevent abuse, and fix bugs. We do not sell your personal data and we do not show third-party advertising.
3. Who processes it
- Lovable Cloud — hosts the database, authentication and audio file storage.
- Stripe — processes payments, manages subscriptions and the billing portal, under its own privacy policy.
- Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in.
4. Storage and retention
Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. We keep it while your account is active. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
5. Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deletion cancels any active subscription and permanently removes your profile, favorites, custom packs, download history and subscription record. Payment records already processed by Stripe remain subject to Stripe's retention and legal obligations.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and local storage only — for sign-in sessions and app preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the app, or by emailing support@tubeboss.app.
8. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or by email where practical.
